This photo was taken in Batu Ferringhi in the late-afternoon sun with the warm light illuminating the right side of the horse and owner, and creating a softer tone. On the beaches of Penang there are heaps of water-sports available: Jet Skiing, Paragliding, Banana Rides, etc; or you could ride along the beach on horse back. So this pair (in the photo) were nearly always waiting at the front gate of my hotel .
